My stay at the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were a bit too small for two persons, making maneuvering around a bit difficult. The service was polite, but a bit cold compared to other places I've been to. The location was convenient, near the train station and easy to find. The dining experience was good with tasty and healthy choices.

The hotel was extremely close to the station and within walking distance to many of the Takayama town attractions. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were quite small and not suitable for taller or heavier guests. The service was attentive, especially in handling typhoon precautions and offering luggage storage post-checkout. The dining options were somewhat limited, with few vegetarian choices.
